Project Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel the project before we begin work, you are entitled to a full refund.
Project Cancellation During Development: If the project is in progress and you decide to cancel, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.
Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stipulated timeline without a valid reason, a full refund will be issued.
Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with the services delivered, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds in such cases will be determined based on the situation and the work completed.

Refund Policy for Digital Products
For any digital products, including templates, plugins, or software developed by OnexDevs:
No Refunds for Downloaded Products: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds will not be issued.
Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue with the product that we are unable to resolve, a refund may be issued upon verification.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
We will process the refund within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
